The short version: The Line-Up is a free guide to women's sport. We work hard to get every detail right, but things change, so always check with the organiser before you travel or buy.

Who we are

The Line-Up is an independent site run by BW. You can reach us at hello@theline-up.co.uk. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Our listings are a guide

We take every listing from official sources and show when we last checked it. But dates, times, venues, prices, ticket availability and TV coverage can change at short notice, and sometimes after we've checked.

Please confirm the details with the organiser, club, venue or broadcaster before you travel, buy tickets or plan your day. "Expected" coverage hasn't been announced yet, and "to be confirmed" means exactly that.

Links to other sites

We link to official ticket sellers, broadcasters, clubs, governing bodies and organisers. Those sites are run by others, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Any tickets, subscriptions or sign-ups are between you and them. We don't sell tickets, take bookings or handle payments.

Events and activities

We point you towards events and ways to get involved, but we don't run them. The organiser is responsible for the event, its safety and any changes or cancellations. If you take part in an activity, follow the organiser's guidance and check it suits you. Our About page explains how we choose what to list.

Using our content

The words, design and listings on The Line-Up belong to us, apart from names, logos and material that belong to the teams, leagues and organisations we list. You're welcome to share links to any page. Please don't copy large parts of the site or reuse our listings elsewhere without asking.

Our responsibility

We provide the site free of charge and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, up to date or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that come from relying on a listing, such as travel costs for an event that moved or was cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Spotted a mistake?

Please let us know. We fix errors quickly and say what we've changed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The latest version will always be on this page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
